概述
对辊破碎机适用于抗压强度小于300Mpa,水份小于35%的硬、中硬、软物料的中碎和细碎作业,可广泛用于矿山、热电、水泥、陶瓷、冶金、化工、建材等行业,本机器具有使用维修费特低,性能可靠、粉尘少、噪音低等特点。
对辊破碎机配置两个碾辊,根据用户需要的粒度,辊面分为平辊面和堆焊辊面两种机型,若物料的抗压强度超过200Mpa时均可选择加重机型。
平辊面机型适用于进料粒度小于80mm,成品粒度要求50目-20mm的细碎作业。如利用鹅卵石、建筑垃圾人工制沙;矿业细碎铁矿石、石英石;陶陶行业破碎原材料;冶金行业破碎焦炭、生石灰;焦化厂细碎煤粉;化工行业破碎各种原料等;或者与上述类似的破碎场合。
堆焊辊面机型适用于进料粒度小于110mm、成品粒度要求3-30mm的中细碎作业。水泥行业磨机前的预破碎水泥熟料、石灰石及复合材料;水煤浆行业入磨前预破碎煤;铁矿行业入磨前预破碎钢渣、铁矿石、硅矿石;制砖厂破碎各种矿石做免烧砖;热电厂破碎电煤;或者与上述类似的破碎场合。

工作原理
对辊破碎机是利用两个高强度耐磨合金碾辊,相对旋转产生的高挤压力来破碎物料,物料进入两辊间隙(V型破碎腔)以后,受到两碾辊相对旋转的挤压力和剪切力作用,在挤轧、剪切、和啮磨下,将物料破碎成需要的粒度然后从机器下部的排料口排出。
Working principal

The material entersinto the space bwtween the two rolls,suffered both extrusion andshear force.
